Starting a career in Permanent Makeup (PMU) is exciting, but it can also be challenging—especially when it comes to mastering brow techniques. That’s where my mentorship program comes in. It’s designed to help you overcome these challenges and guide you to success in the PMU industry.
Many aspiring artists struggle to find training that covers everything from Microblading to Ombre and Combo brows. My program fills that gap by teaching you both the essential skills and advanced techniques you need to excel.
But learning the techniques is just the beginning. Hands-on experience is key to building your confidence, which is why I make sure you get plenty of practice in real-world settings. phase 1:
Foundational Building - Content Creation Set-Up
(Zoom Online + Practice Live with me from home!)
From: Feeling overwhelmed about where to start in PMU.
To: Gaining a solid understanding of microshading fundamentals and feeling ready for hands-on training.
Start by building a strong foundation in microshading. You’ll learn the basics of the brow procedure, including contraindications, candidate selection, and pre-care. We’ll also dive into content creation and business start-up strategies. By the end of this phase, you’ll have a comprehensive understanding of the theory and be prepared to start marketing yourself online.
phase 2:
In-Person Training - Sharpening Your Skills
(Combination of Zoom Practice Time with me + 2 days of In-person training)
From: Knowing the theory but lacking confidence in practical application.
To: Developing hands-on expertise and confidence in performing powder brow procedures.
This phase focuses on practical skills. You’ll participate in live demonstrations and practice on real models under my guidance. Day 1 includes watching a live demo where you’ll learn professional techniques. Day 2 is all about hands-on practice with a live model, where you’ll apply what you’ve learned. You’ll also collect content and footage to use in the next phase of the program
phase 3:
Real-World Application - Nurturing Your Growth
(Zoom Online + Real-World Case Study and Business Building)
From: Uncertainty about handling real clients and managing a PMU business.
To: Mastering client management and acquiring the skills to successfully run your PMU practice.
In this final phase, you’ll apply your skills in real-world scenarios. We’ll cover case studies, client management strategies, and weekly Q&A coaching calls to help you grow. You’ll also develop and start implementing your marketing strategy. By the end of this phase, you’ll be a well-rounded professional, ready to manage clients and grow your PMU business. We’ll finish with a 1-on-1 graduation call to discuss your future plans and ongoing growth.
